I schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with new clients before beginning therapy.  During this consult,  we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and what areas you’d like to work on.  Additionally, this is a good opportunity to see if we’re a good fit or if another counselor might better meet your needs.
